I've been with carrot for 2 years and just recently left, only reason was because I was quoted better elsewhere and they couldn't match it. Personally I think carrot is brilliant for first time drivers, i see people complaining saying it's hard to keep a good score?, I never had that problem, I was always +9.00, it's not hard to drive safe. The only issue I had was that my box wasn't recording for a few months and I missed out on a few quartetly rewards, but when I explained to the team what was happening they reimbursed me with my expected quartley reward. So win win. Defo recommend for first time drivers!
