Carrot insurance was a good deal until i found a better deal else where. I have phoned them a few time and everyone i have spoken with have been very helpful and understood English!! I had to cancel due to finding a better deal so Laura W from the cancellation team helped me out and was very helpful and explained everything brilliantly. So today im rating Carrot insurance 4/5. Prices are meh but the customer service is 5/5. Thanks again
