Unfortunately my car has died and been scrapped before my policy was due to run out I called and spoke to a lovely assistant Heather and she was so helpful really put my mind at ease and helped with cancellation would highly recommend carrot insurance they have been exceptional delivering first class service sad to be leaving this insurer xReb
