It took three days to insure my car.
I already had car insurance on a car and needed it to be transferred onto a new car. For some reason, it took three days. I had to call endless amounts of times, being put on hold continually, and also being cut off. I was put to and from various staff, no one seemed to know what was going on.
On the first day I tried to sort insurance I was stuck in the middle of no where with a car I was unable to drive, and at the end of the day had to be picked up. I was told someone would call back but they didn't.
The whole experience was a disaster. My phone bill will be very expensive so I'm hoping a voucher may cover my time, phone bill, loss of work and stress.
I even had to resort to Twitter to contact yourselves.
