I was speaking to Laura over the phone and not only she managed to help me resolve my issue, she also managed to do something extra as she applied a discount onto my insurance from the previous year which saves me over 200 pounds in total in my current insurance policy which is really nice. On top of that it was a pleasure to speak to her and i am satisfied with how the call went.
