I constantly get bad scores and my driving isnt bad...
I sent my documentation over 4 times and still get given a cancellation letter
Says no curfew and they said on the phone between 11pm-5Am so when I work twilight shifts I get marked down
There mph on roads are back dated got a speeding warning for doing 40 in 30 when road is in fact a 40...
Staff take ages to pick up the phone.
They charge you loads to pay for more miles.
Feel like a right mug...
If I had the money to change I would!!!!!!
