After poor service and lack of speed when dealing with a claim, and also after having a warning for going above the speed limit (which was clearly our fault) the service in which we had when we called to cancel the policy was absolutely shocking.
Phil of the cancellation department was very rude from the outset of the conversation and quite arrogant about it at the same time. Just based on that alone I will not recommend this company to anyone...Admiral Insurance is much better.
Poor service is just poor service!
