Like far too.many others on.here my daughter has had nothing but agro 're her policy, horrendous charging which she was advised had been in error months ago & still waiting on a refund due to no apparent details of that advise given over the phone being available, charged over £300 pound to change car to a new one plus so many more issues!! In the 1st year of her policy which included an address change followed by new car details & made to purchase 1000 in error, she had paid in the region of £3000!!! Absolutely disgusting treatment to new young drivers!! Been advised by the financial ombudsmen carrot are in breach of their contract & she should be able to cancel her policy without being penalised financially which is what we are in the process of doing now!!
