App was not operating and causing issue with log in functionality. Which led to not recording the miles. This, no rewards.
Neil who answered the call was really helpful. But unfortunately we had technical difficulties and he had to get the technician involved. So I will be waiting for their email.
But overall Neil made it an easy experience.
