Ive been with Carrot Insurance for around 10 months now. I have had a few difficulties changing the date of my payments but other than that its been a great insurance company to go with. Especially with it being the company that charged me the least amount of money. Staff are usually ver polite and friendly. Although waiting times are usually about 45 mins to actually get threw to speak to someone at customer service. But regarding the actual insurance company everything has ran smoothly and i am able to see how ive been driving on a daily basis.
