Twice I’ve rang and put on hold for 30 minutes each time.
Charged me £25 for a private number plate change then wanted to charge another £25 for an address change. Waived the last £25 like they were doing me a favour...Seriously!! and I have everything paperless. So £50 administration cost for pressing a few buttons and sending an email 😤
