Unacceptably long wait times to speak to anyone
Carrot gave 4 hour window for box fit. Technician came early and wouldn’t wait. Was told I’d receive a call. Emailed via quick chat(oh the irony) and didn’t get a reply. Received cancellation notice now being told to sign up for a further year is the only option even though the company is at fault. Surely this can be escalated somewhere when so many people have paid money for this terrible service
