Awful customer service, awful experience. The app has been nothing but faulty. At first I thought it was the wingman. Had a new one sent out and then it worked for two weeks. Nothing but problems since. Doesn't track journeys, issues after issues. Problems with documents and wrong email addresses. I'm only 6 weeks in. It's going to be a very long year
