Please avoid, this company is not worth saving the extra penny's for. After being on hold for more than 45 mins, I finally got through to someone. the Orange box has been faulty for a couple of days and I have tried to rectify this issue myself as they have been no help at all. After finally getting through after 3 attempts I was told that this is an error on my end with the app and for me to cancel would be a charge of £75. Luckily I am within my 2 weeks otherwise a percentage of my quote would've been added to this cost for their faulty equipment.
