I have had no issues with this insurance company what so ever. Like every other business there is always going to be a wait to speak to someone on the phone. waiting on hold for over 30 minutes... that tells me they are very busy or dealing with someone in a worse situation than I’m in. Be patient!!!! Whenever I have spoken to someone on the phone whilst upset or frustrated they have always been understanding and helped as much as they can.
