I would like to take the time to give some feedback on my time with carrot car insurance.
Firstly I would like to mention the call wait time is appalling, rude staff members it takes 35+ minutes to get through to someone, not helpful would not recommend for anyone to use this provider.
Secondly, the staff don’t seem to care about anyone’s situation and seem to be very non understanding.
Definitely do not recommend and will not be renewing.
