Customer service is appalling. Rang this company 23 times over the space of 13 days, I was on hold for 45 mins each time. I emailed 6 times and even tried live chat on the website. The only way to get through to this company is to write a tweet to them. I cannot believe you charge £150 for admin fees, especially after being insured with Carrot for the past 2 years. I had members of staff ignoring my emails and not listening to when the best time was to ring me (work). I will not be insuring with this company for a third year.
