Customer service is disgusting. Can’t believe that it’s literally their job to be quick and efficient and answer within a reasonable time. But they can’t even do that. It’s as if there’s only 5 people working at once. When you do eventually get through on LiveChat, their responses are short and non informative, and then you’re just sat staring at your screen for the next 5 minutes waiting for them to reply. Really wish I didn’t choose my policy with them.
