The general communication and customer service is good, I've never had a problem with getting in touch or getting info either. Prices are generally good also.
Few things let it down as a company such as the technology needed to comply with my policy not being available - this is annoying but as I have said they are good at contact so I'm always informed.
It's a good policy for a new driver, especially for simplicity for in future I will definitely look at cheaper companies.
