Policy as a whole is good just been very unfortunate with the wingman device as it doesn’t disconnect when you leave your car. I have found that it seems to track me going around work or supermarkets and other places I am.
Once through to staff on the online chat they seem to be very understanding and helpful only once had an ignorant staff member who was not willing to try and help.
