I am new to using this insurer and I have found it mostly helpful and straightforward. For a new driver all my queries have been answered efficiently and professionally via the online chat and there have been no problems. However, regarding getting in contact, when I tried to call only 2 options are given and then further options are very limited regarding what you want to talk about. The options do not always fit the automated ones which caused me confusion many times and I would have preferred to have spoken to someone over the phone to get a more accurate and straight answer. Other than this, customer service I have received has been good and I have not had to wait long to get through to someone via the chat.
