The scores for overall driving was wildly inaccurate, for example the average of a 10 and -10 score is -10. It seemed like the score for that week would be your worse score. This lead to exploitive prices when buying more miles and getting less on the rewards page. Also the customer service of the staff was good but getting in touch meant I had to hold for more than 30+ minutes meaning I could only contact them when I had a day off work if I didn’t call on the Saturday. It has now changed to live chat which is much better but the waiting time is much longer, sometimes triple, than the text says the waiting time is. The black box fitting service was great and I have no complaints.
