In the past couple of weeks I have had various questions as to how my scores were worked out and how I could improve them. Each time, I used the chat facility and each time the agent I spoke to has been fantastic. They have explained thoroughly, checked data and related it to my query, never made me feel silly and never rushed me. I can honestly say, it is such a great service, and getting a transcript of our "conversation" means that I have a record of it all and can look back on it to really make sure I don't forget what has been said.
