Customer service on the live chat, although around a 20 minute wait, had resolved my issues quickly once someone was available. All service advisors I spoke to were really friendly too. If it was for customer service alone I’d of given 5 stars but have given 3 due to the app. I don’t think it’s very accurate I had consecutive weeks of negative scores but I know I’m a very safe driver so this is quite frustrating as you get penalised for it.
