I've found it really difficult to score over a 5.5 on this insurance, despite actively trying to drive 'perfectly'. I feel the box and the scores don't take into account the car you're driving, eg I drive a mini-cooper where you can feel the corners more than say a non-sport type car, and i think this sort of thing influences my score. Other than that i've found the customer service to be great, not needed to claim luckily so I can't comment on that!
