great company-the dashboard and rewards system keeps you driving at a safe limit as you get incentives for doing so.therefore when box is removed will be used to driving smoothly and sasfely as normal.not used the customer services so cannot comment on them but receive regular chat e-mails on my driving score which is great.overall a brill company.wel done carrot....
