The concept is excellent and works brilliantly. The customer service is also very good. I got myself a new phone and the person on the other side of the live chat reset the App in less than 10 minutes. The only downside there might be is if your phone doesn't connect to your car straight away - although I did not have this problem so cannot comment more.
10/10 would recommend.
