Carrot was actually the cheapest insurer I got quoted which is why I went with them (I am 18). The app and website are very good and let you see info on your past 20 drives so you know where you need to improve. I have had to ring them a couple of times (changes to policy etc.) and every time they have been extremely helpful. Its a great policy as your insurance price can only effectively go down and not up so unlike with other insurers you are not at a risk of an increased premium. I'd really recommend Carrot and believe that they are quickly increasing in popularity as my friend who recently passed his test also took out insurance with carrot.
