I insured with carrot at the beginning of January and so far I am loving it! I've had no issues and see why people are leaving good reviews. I like how it encourages me to improve my driving and being able to check my score after each journey is getting quite addictive! Seeing I am improving is a great confidence booster. Had a few issues with the app, the find my car tool in particular but this has not impacted on my opinion of Carrot.
