Incredibly impressed so far.. customer service on the telephone were very polite and helpful, arranging the ibox was easy and I was even able to reschedule 3 hours before my appointment with no penalty, everyone Ive spoken to along the way has been really kind. I love the reward system and the fact the premiums dont change until renewal. Overall, really pleased with it, and I love the fact you can track your driving after every journey on the app which is really simple to use!
