Good customer service but not giving 5* as the whole insurance is run by a box they they have no control over. This is because my car was illegally driven while I was out of the country - I could prove it to them that I was not driving the car but they say that they cannot return my miles to me as the car was driven fullstop. I would like to think that the miles should only go down if I am the driver as the box is monitoring me but they cannot do anything about that so that is why I am leaving 4*. Other than that good service.
