I think the way the company works your ratings out for driving Is a really good idea as it helps me to understand where I'm going wrong and right with my driving. However I can't ever remember my log in for getting in to my account and it's difficult to sort it out as the only way to find out is to ring up. Also I don't understand the cash rewards does this give you money off your next quarters bill or do you get given it back? I think this needs to be explained more clearly.
