I am appalled at the service provided by carrot. I took out insurance with you as a young driver with every little money as you were cheapest quote provided. When your team came out to fit the black box you voided my insurance as you said my car was modified. I've had 7 days to prove that my car was manufactured this way. I work full time and have been on the phone to Vauxhall every spare minute I have to prove this. It is very hard to find his information in such a sort time. My car was manufactured with extras on as it was a limited addition at the time. I've had 5 working days to get information together before you void my insurance and take money off me. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone!! Instead of having a straight forward easy insurance it has been a hassle! It's distgusting that we have to wait 3-5 working days to recieve our part refund back. Worst decision I ever made insuring myself with carrot!!!!
