Metrics doesn’t work properly, I got a ‘red week’ on a week that their app wasn’t functioning
Hasn’t worked properly for around 6 months now
Absolute nightmare trying to get through to members of staff previously
However their web chat has improved so it’s not all bad
I’ve been with them for 2 years but I don’t think I’ll be renewing next year
