Having read some negative reviews of Carrot before insuring with them I was really hesitant but they offered the cheapest quote I could find! Was super easy to set up, no issues getting my black box fitted, have spoken to their customer service team a few times and all issues have been resolved within 5 minutes and if they aren’t then they have been fixed within the following day. Great company, I feel the scoring system on the box is really fair and not really had any negative thoughts so far.
