Carrot Insurance is very helpful when it comes to solving problems. I had a problem with my Better Driver App and through their fantastic live chat system I was able to speak to a representative within minutes. And the problem was solved quickly. Excellent customer service and very reasonable insurance for a first time insurance. Very happy with them. :)
