A very good price insurance policy, and the telephone service when initially purchasing was fantastic. There are only two reasons why I did not give this five star. The first one is the online chat, while I have always received the answers are required, makes it difficult to actually get to a person straight away. It is constantly attempting to put you through to the FAQs. While this is understandable sometimes there are queries that can only be answered by a person because they are very specific to my policy. The second reason is that I was assuming it was black box technology and they’re black box will be fitted as it was with my sister. However, instead it is set up on the Bluetooth of my car. As I don’t have Bluetooth in my car I needed to order a piece of equipment myself. This did arrive the next day I must say. The reason I don’t particularly like this is that it means I need to have my phone on And linked into carrot every time I get in my car. and linked into carrot every time I get in my car. And everyone who drives my car needs to do the same. I don’t like the idea of using up my data and also I’m concerned if I should run out of charge.
