They’re good I had a few issues at the start but they’re pretty good. I drive when I want to drive even late at night. They’re probably the best and most affordable black box policy out there. Other companies give you warnings for driving after 11pm as long as you drive reasonably they’re good. My old company used to give me bad scores for driving at 9am and anytime after 3pm to 6pm because it’s the “rush hour period” but they’ve been good p, certainly the best company for insurance.
