They’ve been rather helpful and they’ve helped with a claim I put through against someone else. Their black box prices are probably the best you can get but they’re very fair when it comes to driving times, speed and time of day. I haven’t had any issues with their services and the customer care team is very good and responsive. My car was hit on the side by another car but they take time to invalidate but also speak to you and ensure you’re fine. Lastly they’re always looking to get you back on the road after a accident that wasn’t your fault. I’ve had another black box company but by far Carrot is the best.
