Very happy with Carrot insurance. Whenever I have an issue I can contact them via live chat and they're always happy to explain.
The app, and scoring is quite confusing sometime, for example you think you're doing the under the limit, but you'll get marked down for driving faster than the safe speed, sometimes this is hard to predict.
Overall a very good insurance company, and you get rewarded for driving good, which is a bonus.
