Carrot have been my first and only insurance provider as of yet and provided me with an excellent renewal price a few months ago. When I had my black box fitted initially it was very easy to arrange and the employee who came out to do it was friendly and efficient. I had some issues initially with personal documents, which is why my review isn’t 5*, but I got in touch and the problem was quickly resolved but it did somewhat inconvenience me at the time.
