Carrot are a good insurance company as they explain everything in your policy and are always there if you ever need any help by phone and email.
I got a crack on the windscreen and I contacted carrot, they took some details and put me straight through to the windscreen repair company and the situation was sorted within two days.
The reason I haven't give them 5 stars is because my black box/I-box was faulty and still is as it's not recording properly.
