Over all I think that this is a good insurance company but there are a few things I would personally change but they are only miner things, such as the money back you don't get a lot of money for driving well just a quarter of the 15% which isn't very much and if someone speeds and realises it and goes back to normal speed I don't think they should get a point for it unless they have been speeding for a more than mile or so then getting a point is fair enough.
