I can honestly not fault Carrot at all. I am almost coming to the end of my Insurance year and haven't had one problem. One month after I was insured, I was rear-ended a few streets away from home. I rang carrot as soon as I got my car home and the process from claiming damages to my car and getting the repairs done took less than a month. Accident happened 1st September and I had my car back before the end. Everyone I dealt with from the initial call to carrot, then repairs people were all so pleasant and helpful. Ive since changed my vehicle twice, and both times I've spoken to carrot about changing the policy details to another vehicle and getting a new I-box installed, ive not had a problem and everyone has been so helpful. The instalment team were early and efficient, explained everything in great detail and I can't fault any experience ive had so far. Definitely insuring again with them next year. Not only cheap prices but great company overall!
