Great customer service and social Interactions,i like the weekly driving score, it pushes me to improve more. However, the cash back rewards are to little, other insurance companies offer £100-200 cash back based on the driving style where as carrots offer up to 20-50 pound cash back.. What shall I do with £20 lol. Other than that it's a fantastic policy, 4 star from me.
