I have had no issues so far but any queries i made or when i was setting up my policy, the customer service team were wonderful and were able to help me quickly and effectively. It is also great to have an app to show how well each individual drive goes and shows us what rewards we are set to achieve if we continue. I think the rewards are a brilliant incentive to promote safe and good driving. I would definitely love to continue with carrot for as long as possible.
