I hear a lot of negativity surrounding insurance companies. Especially “black box” companies. However, i’ve been with carrot now for two years and never had a problem with them, any queries I have with them get resolved instantaneously. Every agent I have spoke to on the live chat over the years have been extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend carrot to any drivers, Young Middle Aged or old !
