Customer service sucks, never return calls concerning problems with black box from day one, car is now a time machine, box says it was out for 11 hours then next score says out for 8 hours, next score 1 hour 45 mins, so putting car on ebay listing it as a car with built in time machine, also box saying car is out when parked on drive.
Scoring towards end of policy is untrue, you get a good score 1st quarter then its down hill from there.
Never again will I use carrot insurance and if you just passed your test avoid
