I’ve been with carrot 2 years now. It was coming up to my renewal date and I found out (2 days before I had to renew my car insurance) that my car was apparently too old to be insured?!?
Despite this terrible service, I’m not massively bothered because the past 2 years have been awful. I am a very poor student so I had no other choice but to go with carrot.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of using this company to think twice. Their customer service team is okay and they do their best with the rubbish company they work for.
