I personally believe that this is a really good company , however I think that the breakdown Serivce they offer should be 24 hours available to their customers. I also love how easy it is to call up carrot and ask for help with any issues I may have and it will be dealt with straight away and therefore leave me feeling positive about my insurance. I think the idea of the app is perfect, as I'm the type of person that is always on my phone and it is a fast and easier way for me to check my driving style and therefor ensure that I'm making all the required measurements I need to keep my over all number high . I even told my friends to sign up with this company but we struggled to do the refer a friend thing , and as a result of this , I was unable to get the £30 thing that Carrot is currently doing , so I would say maybe make it a bit more easier for future customers to be able to get this deal and understand how it works . Apart from that , I actually love this company !
